For implementers, consultants, and solution providers
Your clients keep asking for custom labels, packing lists, and certificates, and you keep building them by hand — inside the ERP, inside a report writer, inside whatever is nearest. Qpro+ turns that into a defined piece of work with a defined deliverable, and leaves the ongoing template maintenance with the client instead of on your backlog.
Why it fits a services business
Software that installs itself doesn't help you. Software that never stops needing you doesn't help your client. This sits in between: a real integration engagement, then a system the client can operate.
Field mapping, template build, integration, and validation are a definable statement of work with a clear end point.
Nothing to install on client infrastructure, nothing to maintain, and no server that becomes your support ticket at 2am.
Once deployed, the client edits their own labels on the canvas. Change requests that used to be your tickets become their afternoon.
The second deployment is faster than the first. The mapping patterns and template library you build carry forward.
| Phase | Typical effort |
|---|---|
| Discovery — label and document inventory, and data sources | Billable |
| Template build on the canvas | Billable |
| Field mapping and snippet integration | Billable |
| Print validation on client hardware | Billable |
| Handover and canvas training | Billable |
| Ongoing template edits | Client self-serve |
Illustrative shape, not a fixed methodology. Scope it the way your practice scopes anything else.
Commercial structure
We'd rather agree this openly at the start than discover halfway through that we each assumed something different.
Option A
You contract with Qpro+ and with your client. You set your own price, hold the relationship end to end, and we don't appear in it. Cleanest if your clients already buy software through you.
You own: pricing, billing, first-line support, renewal.
Option B
Your client contracts with Qpro+ directly. You take a referral margin and bill your implementation services separately. Simpler if you'd rather not carry software on your books.
You own: the implementation engagement and the client relationship around it.
What we won't do: hold licenses with your clients while treating you as the delivery arm. If you bring the client, the structure should reflect it.
Design partners
Early partners get direct access while the program is being shaped — which means preferential terms, real influence over the roadmap, and our engineering attention on your first deployment.
Locked for the life of the accounts you bring in during the design partner period.
The gaps you hit on your first deployment get prioritised, not filed.
Not a support queue. You'll be talking to the people who build it.
In exchange we ask for honest feedback, a reference once you've deployed successfully, and patience with the parts that are still being built.
Take a free account, rebuild a label you've hand-built before, and see how long it takes. That comparison will tell you more than any partner deck.
